Aromas of lime, Meyer lemon, grapefruit, grass, fennel, and citrus blossom.

A somewhat creamy texture, with some richness and subtle toasted almonds and lemon curd aromas.

Great food wines with higher acidity and subtle bitterness acting as a palate cleanser.

Verdjo is named for the Spanish word verde (green). Often a blend, but if labeled "Rueda Verdejo" must be 85% Verdejo with the remainder typically Sauvignon Blanc or Macabeo.

Usually are sold in low-shoulder bottles.
